Maya Chen
Vinyasa Restorative Meditation

Maya Chen

Co-Founder & Lead Teacher

Maya discovered yoga at 22 while navigating burnout in a high-pressure career. That first class changed the direction of her life. She trained extensively in Mysore, India, completing over 1,000 hours of teacher training in Vinyasa and Yin traditions.

Her classes are known for their creative sequencing, anatomical precision, and the kind of warmth that makes every student feel like they belong. Maya believes yoga is not a performance — it is a practice in being fully human.

Power Vinyasa Ashtanga Yoga Philosophy

Lena Park

Power Vinyasa & Philosophy Teacher

Lena is the teacher you come to when you're ready to truly work. Her Power Flow classes are legendary — high-energy, muscularly demanding, and infused with philosophical depth that makes the sweat feel meaningful.

A former competitive gymnast, Lena found yoga as a way to move with intention rather than performance. She studied Ashtanga under the Jois lineage and holds a philosophy degree that underpins her workshop series on the Yoga Sutras.
